The cocktail list was created by Nick Ord, Theme magazine's northern bartender of the year. He has injected his own personality into some classic cocktails, all with a Lord Rodney twist.
Admiral Lord George Rodney spent the latter part of his career as Commander-in-Chief of Jamaica, enjoying a number of years in the Caribbean. We've honoured that in our unique Rum Club, a collection of rare and interesting dark and light rums all of them worth a try.
